鬼壓床那邊我相信憲哥說的 但是我也相信有超自然的鬼壓床
我自己唯一一次就是在自己家裡面 還是早上五點熬夜一晚累到睡著忽然醒來鬼壓床還聽到陌生的聲音
當時房間就我一個人
我也是被壓久了之後會分辨兩者的不同，睡眠癱瘓症的時候其實心裡不太會害怕，會直接睡著；但真的被鬼壓床時，內心會有沒來由的恐懼，還會看到黑影和聽到聲音，這時候再怎麼樣都會想要掙脫，不敢直接睡著。
而且我都是在家裡、宿舍房間或租的房子裡被壓，都是很熟悉的環境。
